English poem
The Federal Songster, &c, SONG
by Anonymous
Pious orgies, pious airs, Decent sorrows, decent prayers, Will to the Lord ascend, And move his pity, and regain his love.
The Lord God Omnipotent reigneth; For the kingdom of this world is become The kingdom of our Lord and his Christ, And he shall reign, forever and ever. Hallelujah!
