Promotion terms

Accounts and Versos Plus are not open yet. Sections marked "(when accounts open)" describe how they will work once they do; until then nothing can be bought.

These conditions govern the Versos Plus launch offer and the referral programme. They are offered by DSL4 Digital, S.L.U. and form part of the terms of use.

Launch offer

From the day accounts open until 10,000 accounts have been created, or until an earlier end announced on the Plus page, whichever comes first.

  1. The first 5,000 accounts created after launch get Versos Plus free for 6 months from the day the account is created, with up to about 4 on-demand readings a month. No card is needed; nothing converts into a paid plan unless you subscribe. Before the free months end you may subscribe to Plus monthly at the founding price.
  2. Accounts 5,001 to 10,000 may subscribe to Plus monthly at the founding price from the day they are created.
  3. The founding price is €2.99 a month (taxes included) for the first 12 monthly payments, applied as a €4.00 discount on the Plus standard price €6.99 a month. From the 13th month the subscription continues at the standard price unless you cancel. It applies to the monthly Plus plan only, once per account; a founding account that chooses a yearly plan pays the standard yearly price.
  4. One account per person and per email address. Places are counted in order of account creation; a deleted account does not free a place. The number of places left is shown on the Plus page.
  5. We may end or shorten the offer for new accounts by announcing it on the Plus page; benefits already granted are kept.

Referrals

  1. Every account has a referral link. When someone creates an account with your link and then pays for any plan, you receive 6 further months of Plus, up to a total of 24 referral months per account. If you are paying for a plan yourself, the 6 months are applied as a 100% discount on your next 6 monthly invoices (or the equivalent on a yearly plan) instead.
  2. The credit is held for 14 days after the referred person's first payment and is cancelled if that payment is refunded or disputed in that time; if it is refunded or disputed later, unused months are removed.
  3. Referring yourself (the same person, email address or payment card) does not count. We compare a one-way fingerprint of the payment card, never the card number.
  4. Referral months are a free extension of access; they are not money and cannot be paid out.
  5. We may change or end the programme for future referrals with 30 days' notice on this page; credits already earned are kept.

Your rights are unaffected
